Manny Soto during his stint as Director of Protocol for the City of Miami had the opportunity to meet many interesting people. One of the most interesting was Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Manny is shown here shaking the Queens hand in 1991.
She honored Manny with a private audience aboard the yacht Britannia in her main cabin/office. She hosted a dinner and a cocktail reception for dignitaries and Miami government officials.
